Cement Based Leveling and Fairing
This surface preparation system begins with a polymer-modified admixture used as a primer to enhance bonding, improve flexibility, and increase resistance to moisture and chemical attack. Applied over the prepared substrate, it ensures strong adhesion for subsequent layers. A superfine, non-shrinking skim coat follows, used to fill minor imperfections, smooth the surface, and provide a waterproof, sandable finish. Together, these layers create a stable, uniform base ideal for receiving protective or decorative coatings on concrete, plaster, blockwork, and cement boards.
