It is a water based, an extremely versatile sealer for use with all cementitious materials, lime washes, plasters, etc. It can be used to penetrate substrate as an adhesion, promoting agent, as a primer/ sealer for decorative coatings. It increases the compressive, tensile and flexural strengths of surfaces. It can be used as a curing compound, which will form a thin film covering the surface of the concrete to prevent premature water loss due to evaporation
