This light-duty flooring system is engineered to deliver a seamless, durable, and aesthetically refined finish for areas with minimal traffic. It incorporates a high-performance, solvent-free epoxy primer that deeply penetrates concrete substrates to ensure superior adhesion, seal surface porosity, and provide a moisture-resistant foundation. A fine epoxy putty is applied to fill pinholes, minor cracks, and surface imperfections, creating a smooth and uniform base. The system is then built up with a self-leveling epoxy coating applied at 500–600 microns, offering excellent abrasion resistance, chemical protection, and a glossy, easy-to-maintain finish. It is completed with a UV-resistant polyurethane topcoat that enhances color stability, improves resistance to weathering, and ensures long-term aesthetic durability.
