System 1165 : Load Bearing Structural Cementitious Grout

System Buildup:

Load Bearing Structural Cementitious Grout

System Description:

This system provides a practical solution for repairing and levelling damaged concrete or masonry surfaces and for forming coves at wall-to-floor junctions to prevent water ingress and make cleaning easier. It combines a polymer-modified bonding layer to ensure strong adhesion with a high-strength, non-shrink repair mortar applied at typical thicknesses ranging from 5 mm up to 50 mm per layer for general patching and profiling. For coving work, a smooth radius fillet is formed with an average thickness of 20–40 mm at the junction to create a seamless, durable detail. This system is typically used for repairing spalled concrete, honeycombs, voids, and edges; profiling precast elements; and installing coves in wet rooms, basements, water tanks, industrial floors, or any area requiring durable waterproof detailing.

System Key Features:

  1. Excellent adhesion to concrete and steel for reliable bonding.
  2. High compressive strength ensures robust structural performance.
  3. Resistant to seawater, sulfates, oil, and water for enhanced durability.
  4. Suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications.
